Undergraduate studies
Passport, pages with personal information
Birth certificate, authenticated for international use
Baccalaureate diploma, or equivalent, authenticated for international use
High school transcript, authenticated for international use
Medical certificate
Photo, passport type (size)
Documents that are not in English or French, must be translated into English or French or Romanian authorized translation.
Before coming to study all the translation must be authenticated for international use.
Master programs
All the documents for undergraduate programs and Bachelor degree or equivalent, authenticated for international use
Transcript of records, authenticated for international use.
PhD programs
All the documents for undergraduate and master programs and Master degree or equivalent, authenticated for international use
Transcript of records, authenticated for internation use.
Admission steps:
1. Evaluation of the university. This means enrolling on our admission platform, uploading all the necessary documents. The evaluation fee is 100 euro. After been accepted by the university, the admission will end with a list of admitted candidates which will be send for evaluation to the Romanian Ministry of Education. No candidature will be evaluated by the university without paying the evaluation fee of 100 euro, and no admitted candidates will be sent to the evaluation of the Romanian Ministry of Education without paying the guarantee fee.
2. Evaluation of the Romanian Ministry of Education. This will end with a document named Letter of acceptance. In the case the Letter of acceptance will be denied the guarantee fee will be reimbursed on the same bank account it was paid.
3. Evaluation of the Romanian Embassies. This will end with a study visa. No visa will be issued without the proof of payment of the tuition and guarantee fee. The tuition is to be paid after the issuing of the Letter of acceptance, but can be paid together with the guarantee fee. In the case the study visa is denied, all the money sent to our university will be refunded to the same bank account, after making all the verification about the visa refusal.
