Academic TV Station

The Academic TV station works as a multimedia laboratory for students of “Vasile Alecsandri” University of Bacău who want to gain experience in multimedia activities. Academic TV is aimed at both the students and the teaching staff of the University. The studio broadcasts internally on the University campuses and produces and airs programmes (debates, news), spots and adverts, as well as promotional materials. The project was carried out with the support of the “Deşteptarea” Press Trust, which donated the equipment, while the University made a series of investments to fit out the studio. The editorial team consists of 3 students from the Faculty of Letters.

The television station provides a suitable environment for specialised work placements, mainly for students of the Faculty of Letters, but also for students from other faculties who want to gain experience in the field.
