2019 - STAGE 2

Project P1: Experiments on the simulation models of production flows and application of Lean Manufacturing concept.

Project P2: Elaboration of a technical-economic study and risc analysis. Realization of the technological systems for making the thread from reinforced biodegradable material and the 3D printing of the composite parts and their validation. Acquisition of equipment, supplies and consumables. Determination of the influences of the technological parameters upon the manufacturing of the reinforced biodegradable thread and of the 3D printing ones. Optimization of technology for obtaining thread from reinforced biodegradable material and 3D wired printing from reinforced biodegradable material.

Project P2: Experimental researches concerning the physico-mechanical, thermal and structural properties of the parts manufactured by 3D printing with reinforced biodegradable threads. Valorisation of the competencies and the infrastructure of project partners by carrying out research services for third parties. Valorisation of the newly developed technological system throughout technological transfer of the results toward industrial partners.
